Shrimp Ceviche

- Begin by placing shrimps, citrus juice, salt and red onion in a mixing bowl and let sit for 10-15 minutes, stirring a few times. Generally, if you cut your shrimps finer, you need less waiting time and vice versa.Â
- After your shrimps have become opaque, you can add the remaining ingredients.
- Taste it and adjust how citrussy or salty it is.
- Drizzle with olive oil and serve with tortilla chips.
Note
I love experimenting with different types of fish to be used for ceviche too. If you have access to fresh white fish, you can do it too.
